The location is perfect, just off the main boulevard and near the sea. The superior double room with a garden view was clean and well-equipped. It's in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais and the beautiful Mediterranean. We enjoyed daily walks to the nearby Place Masséna. The hotel's décor is good, and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
We often waited a while for it, which could be annoying at times.

Limited channels in French made it frustrating when all you want is to kick back and catch up on the news or a series.
